Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
In order to contract with Natalie Teare you must be over 18 years and possess a valid Paypal account, credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Natalie Teare has the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the Paypal account,credit or debit card used to place the order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods and the services provided. All prices advertised are subject to changes.
When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order, your product request, the size and colour, if applicable, and confirmation of the total cost, including your delivery charge and VAT. This email will only be an acknowledgement of your order and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and us will not be formed until we have confirmed availability of the product request, we have received funds via your method of payment and the products, which you have requested and subsequently ordered, have been dispatched. Once this process has been completed an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you to confirm that your order has been processed and dispatched. Only those products listed in the acknowledgement e-mail and sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Whilst we try to ensure that all the details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. Should you choose to continue with the order at the correct price, depending on the difference in the product price, we will either refund the difference to you if less than the original price, or take another payment from the same method of payment to cover any increase. If you choose to cancel the order and you have already paid, you will receive a full refund excluding the postage and cost of returning the product/s.
Whilst we try to ensure that all details regarding the product description are accurate, on occasion colours, finish and sizes may vary.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). Delivery costs will be charged in addition and will be confirmed at the point of sale.
We accept all major credit or debit cards via Paypal. As we are based in the UK, all our prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). If you are ordering from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the payment into your particular currency. Products will not be dispatched until your payment has been processed and received.
All orders will be processed and despatched within 48 hours of your e-mail confirming your order (except bespoke commissions). If, for any reason, there is a problem processing your order, we will attempt to contact you using the contact details you have provided us with at the point of sale.
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Natalie Teare, for a full refund within the terms set out. Order cancellations must be made in writing,within 7 days of the day after you receive the products to email@example.com If your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us. Please read the Return or Exchange and Item section below. Bespoke commissions by their nature are non-refundable.
Return or Exchange an Item
We always hope that you will be completely satisfied with your Natalie Teare product. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you will need to complete a returns form, which will be emailed to you on request. To request a returns form, please email firstname.lastname@example.org This form along with your products in their original state should be sent back within 5 days of the day the product was successfully purchased. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging complete with all tags attached.
We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge and any return delivery charge) on receipt of the product in a satisfactory condition(as stated above). Once we have received your returned product and completed the necessary checks, we send an email confirming receipt of your returned product and that a refund (excluding original delivery charge and any return delivery charge) will be made via the original payment method. This email confirmation will state when the refund is due to be received.
Products may be exchanged if preferred and this should be stated clearly on the returns form. Where an exchange is made,you will be recharged for the delivery charge of the exchanged product via the original payment method. Products for exchange must also be in their original state, as above.
Our decision will always be final with regard to the condition of products that we have reasonable grounds to believe they have been worn. If the product you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact Natalie Teare on receipt of your product using the returns form and selecting the correct reason for your return. We will then advise you on how we can amend the order.
We always endeavour to maintain the highest standards of quality on all our products. However, you should always inspect the products for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage, you must tell us as soon as possible before wearing the product. In the same way, please use our returns form and ensure that you provide as much detail as possible regarding the product’s defect or damage. In this instance, you must then refer to our standard returns policy to process.
The product will remain your responsibility until it has been received at our returns address. For your own protection, we strongly recommend you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the product. You are strongly recommended to check the delivery process time scale to ensure your product reaches us in time to obtain a refund or exchange.
The cost of returning the product is your responsibility.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
